Lot Considerations:

• Size of Home to fit on lot. Lots may be 52', 60', or 75' wide and the homes offered are determined by the lot size.

• Location of the lot - on water, off water, view of the preserve or a privacy wall. What is the orientation of the back of the lot? North, South, East, West.

• Standard lot, pie-shaped lot, irregular lot, corner lot
